Shawntea Gordon, CEO, MBA, FACMPE, is a visionary leader in the healthcare industry, bringing a wealth of expertise in revenue cycle management, strategic planning, and medical practice leadership. As CEO of Atlas & Perpetua Healthcare, LLC, she combines innovation and excellence to guide organizations toward operational efficiency and financial success.

“Taya” holds an Executive Healthcare MBA from Creighton University and  Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Bellevue University. Her commitment to professional excellence is further reflected in her status as a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), a mark of distinction in healthcare leadership.

A sought-after educator and advocate, Taya serves as a professor at Howard University and holds influential roles on various boards, including the CUMC-BM Hospital Community Board, the Dignity in Healing Collective, and the MGMA Government Affairs Council. Her past leadership includes serving as President of NE HIMSS, Chair of Membership and Corporate Development for the Maryland MGMA and as a longtime instructor for the Practice Management Institute.
