Steve Kros, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Kros joined OneHealth in May 2017. He previously served in a variety of executive management positions in finance, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions with First Data Corporation and West Corporation. Kros received his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration from the University of Nebraska.
Brandon Webb, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Webb joined OneHealth in January of 2022. In addition to his OneHealth role, Dr. Webb is a practicing partner at Primary Care Partners and has privileges at St. Elizabeth Hospital and Bryan Health System in Lincoln, Nebraska. Dr. Webb is board-certified in Family Medicine and holds medical licenses in Nebraska and Texas. Dr. Webb is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas at Houston Medical School. Before moving to Nebraska, Dr. Webb served as chief resident and completed his residency at Memorial Hermann Hospital Southwest in Houston, Texas.
Kristin Carmichael, RN, MSN, MBA
Vice President of Value-Based Care
Carmichael joined OneHealth in April 2025. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center; her Master of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University; and her Master’s in Business Administration from Doane University. She spent the past year as the Administrator of Nebraska Pain Institute’s Surgery Center. Prior to this, Kristin spent 17 years at Bryan Health in several roles, including Mental Health Nurse Manager and Patient Service Center Manager.
Megan Erwin-Kvols
Director of Marketing and Membership Services
Erwin-Kvols joined OneHealth in November of 2025. Born and raised in Nebraska, Erwin-Kvols attended the University of Nebraka-Lincoln where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She began her career teaching Kindergarten and 1st grade in the Sandhills of Nebraska. Prior to OneHealth, Megan served as Regional Coordinator at TeamMates Mentoring Program, Executive Director at Nebraska Head Start Association, and she worked with her father for their family-owned beef company and cattle operation.
