Shane Jansa, MSPT CSCS

Shane Jansa has been in private practice for 17 years and has owned his own clinic for 10 years. He has experience working with patients that have chronic pain, gait disorders, and neurological diseases.He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Through his knowledge in fitness, bio-mechanics, and neurological disorders he is developing a specific medical fitness model for individuals with multiples sclerosis.

Jeffrey Dee, MSPT

Jeff has been a practicing physical therapist since 2001. He grew up in St. Louis, Missouri before completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center. Since graduating, he has lived and worked in Lincoln with his wife and two boys.
Jeff enjoys treating all kinds of diagnoses, but has developed a fondness of treating the head, neck, and spine issues using a combination of osteopathic techniques, exercises, and taping approaches. He also enjoys working with jaw disorders.

Tara Benes, DPT

Tara attended the University of Nebraska from 1994-1998 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She graduated in 2002 with high distinction from the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Physical Therapy Program and completed her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2005.
She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. Tara has also been a member of the Can Do MS Medical Staff, a wellness program for individuals with multiple sclerosis, from 2002-2007. She has experience in outpatient orthopedics and neurology, pediatrics, and home care.
