OneHealth Nebraska Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Effective Date: 2018


OneHealth Nebraska will allow refunds and cancellations only under specific outlined circumstances. This policy is created to define and determine when circumstances allow for a refund of fees paid.


Refund: Reimbursement of fees paid.
Cancellation:  OneHealth Nebraska is notified of a provider’s desire to withdraw from the application process.
Membership Dues:  Fee paid for a provider to be a member of OneHealth Nebraska.  Dues yearly cycle begins January 1.
Group Purchasing:  Any purchases made through OneHealth Nebraska for goods or services at a discounted rate through various vendors contracted through OneHealth.
